Hurst's 66% route rate as Bucs' X-receiver; raw profile limits consistency

Hurst has run a route on 66% of the Buccaneers' dropbacks this season and is the team's primary X-receiver, the only option on the roster with the frame to handle those duties full time. However, he is a raw rookie coming from Georgia State. Matt Harmon notes you've seen the ups and downs that profile would suggest. Hurst is unlikely to be consistently productive this season but Harmon will be tracking his progress in the back half.
