Lance has run a route on 79% of the Saints' dropbacks, trailing only Boston, Tate, and Lemon among rookies. However, he has been targeted on just 9.4% of those routes, third-lowest among receivers to play over 200 snaps this year. Matt Harmon notes Lance is a big body with tons of speed but has primarily been a sacrificial option for New Orleans to clear space for his teammates. While he may have a bright future, Harmon expects he will eventually cede his spot to Round 1 rookie Jordyn Tyson.
