Allen's 30% target rate on limited snaps; Mahomes likes him; playbook ramp

Allen was one of Matt Harmon's favorite Day 3 sleepers from this past year's draft and got a ton of buzz in training camp for the Chiefs. He hasn't played much yet (32 snaps in six games) but has been targeted on a whopping 30% of his routes. Clearly, Patrick Mahomes likes him but Allen needs to get more up to speed with the playbook to earn more work. Harmon notes the Chiefs offense is notoriously hard for rookies to learn so we need to be patient here, but there's something worth waiting for with his game.
