Pocket time (20th) and defensive blitzes force off-platform throws; missing open receivers.

Facing significant structural constraints: offensive line provides only 2.0 seconds of pocket time (20th in league, .1 seconds below average); defenses have blitzed him in obvious passing downs for four straight weeks, forcing off-platform throws and restricting field-scanning ability; missing open receivers and locking in on targets between the hashes due to declining pocket time, causing receivers to take hits and leading to drops; defensive coordinators have studied his tendencies and found ways to neutralize him while games remain competitive.
