Harris is WR3-caliber, failing to develop into a legitimate WR2 for the Chargers.
Wide receiver appears to be WR3-caliber at best in the Chargers offense. Harris was one of the hoped-for external weapons to complement Ladd McConkey but has not developed into a legitimate WR2 option, limiting the Chargers' passing game depth.
