Despite strong efficiency—62 yards and a touchdown on seven carries (8.9 yards per attempt)—the volume is insufficient for fantasy viability. He's projected to 10.8 fantasy points and ranks RB21, well outside the top 20 despite a fantastic matchup vs. the Commanders. Barkley picked up a back issue vs. the Cowboys but it's reportedly not serious enough to prevent him from playing Week 8.
