Prescott completed 26 of 31 passes for 279 yards and four touchdowns against Washington, threw for 335 yards against Houston, and added 316 yards and a touchdown in a loss to Tampa Bay. The talent is there, with CeeDee Lamb leading the way and George Pickens a big-play threat every week, and the opportunity is there too. The Cowboys average 25 points per game, rank first in the league in dropback rate, and rank third in dropback rate in the red zone.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalProjection

Prescott's volume and Eagles' 26th-ranked pass defense set up productive week.

Prescott has continued to produce even as results have been mixed: 279 yards and four touchdowns against Washington, 335 yards against Houston, 316 yards and a touchdown in a loss to Tampa Bay, and 258 yards and a touchdown in a 23-13 loss at Green Bay last week. The Cowboys average 25 points per game, rank first in the league in dropback rate, and rank third in dropback rate in the red zone. Against Philadelphia's defense that ranks 26th in pass defense at 245 yards per game (down from eighth at 190 last year), Prescott's volume and the Eagles' struggles should keep the Cowboys' passing game productive.
