In my view, those are the Eagles' two best blocking receivers, and having them involved more helped turn some of these runs into much better plays.

Cooper among Eagles' best blocking receivers; strong downfield effort

Darius Cooper is identified as one of the Eagles' two best blocking receivers (along with Lemon). He was involved in downfield blocking on run plays, helping turn runs into much better plays. On a tunnel screen, Cooper forced defenders to miss and did much of the work himself, demonstrating his value in the receiving corps beyond route-running.
