Brown forced into poor matchup vs. Porter Jr.; wasted third-down opportunity.

Brown was asked to win an isolated back-shoulder fade against Joey Porter Jr., one of the Cowboys' better defensive players. The source questioned this decision: 'Of all the players on this Cowboys defense, Joey Porter Jr. is the one I would be least interested in targeting. So why are we asking Brown to win an isolated back-shoulder fade against him on third down? Is that really the best matchup available?' The source criticized this as 'a waste of a 3rd-down play' and compared it to Jalen Hurts' tendency to take questionable matchups.
