There's just not a world where he is not like a top 12 receiver for me week in and week out, especially not when they're playing against the Indianapolis Colts... Regardless, Parker Washington is in your lineup

Top-12 receiver start Week 8 vs. Indianapolis; excels in one-on-one coverage.

Strong start recommendation as a top-12 receiver week-in and week-out for Week 8 Jacksonville at Indianapolis, especially against weak Colts defense. Excels on deep balls in one-on-one coverage with Trevor Lawrence. Moderate rain (60% chance) and 15 mph wind could affect ceiling but doesn't change start recommendation.
