It seems to me that the Colts could be persuaded to trade Taylor soon, but it would have to take a significant haul in draft capital from a suitor, presumably the ask right now appears to be at least a first round pick, maybe more.

Colts seeking at least a first-round pick for Taylor; price may drop closer to deadline.

Jonathan Taylor is subject to ongoing trade rumors with the Colts potentially willing to trade him soon, but only for a significant haul in draft capital. The source's asking price estimate is at least a first-round pick, possibly more, though the asking price could decline to a second-round pick as the November 10th trade deadline approaches. Keeping Taylor in Indianapolis could benefit young players by teaching elite work ethic and preparation, and he's viewed as a future Colts Ring of Honor candidate and potential Hall of Famer.
