Metcalf's outside role doesn't fit how Browns have limited perimeter receivers recently.

Metcalf should be avoided against the Browns in Week 8. While Metcalf and Aaron Rodgers had success in Week 4 (5-115-0 on 9 targets, with over a third on a single play), Cleveland has since learned to limit receivers with similar on-field deployment. Over the past three weeks, the Browns rank 10th in yards per game allowed to outside WRs, 8th in explosive play rate allowed, and 13th in defensive EPA per play. The Browns have allowed just four plays of more than 20 yards in the past three weeks, and perimeter receivers have had to move inside or run in-breaking patterns—neither of which is Metcalf's specialty.
