By design the Rams are looking for five to six yards each time they run the ball. The duo rushing scheme is intended to manufacture a lot of singles and doubles. To be fair, this also best suits the skillsets of Blake Corum and Kyren Williams.

Corum fits Rams' conservative duo rushing scheme; limited explosive upside.

Corum is part of the Rams' duo rushing scheme designed to manufacture five to six yards per carry, aiming for singles and doubles rather than explosive plays. This scheme best suits Corum's skillset, though it limits big-play upside by design.
