Doubs is a clear-cut lock to return from injured reserve.

On injured reserve but expected to return; listed as a clear-cut lock for return designation. Doubs' return will help the Patriots get healthier at wide receiver, where the team has invested heavily in both financial and draft-capital standpoint.
