NBC Sports Rotoworld on Mark Andrews
From the article
Mark Andrews is still rostered in 61 percent of sleeper leagues despite finishing as the TE20 or worse in five of his seven games this season. Andrews' one top-10 fantasy week came in Week 4 when he caught five passes for 27 yards and a touchdown, but the veteran tight end is purely a touchdown-dependent option at this stage in his career.
STACKED’s take
Andrews' touchdown dependence and TE24 scoring make him overrostered; consider Johnson, Mayer, or Schultz.
Mark Andrews is still rostered in 61 percent of Sleeper leagues despite finishing as the TE20 or worse in five of his seven games this season. His one top-10 fantasy week came in Week 4 when he caught five passes for 27 yards and a touchdown, but the veteran tight end is purely a touchdown-dependent option at this stage. Andrews has not topped 30-plus yards since Week 2 and is currently the TE24 in fantasy points per game (7.5 PPR), which is nearly on par with the 7.7 PPG he totaled last season when he finished as the TE25. Tight ends currently scoring higher than Andrews while being rostered in a lower percentage of leagues include Juwan Johnson, Michael Mayer, and Dalton Schultz, who are all stronger options than Andrews at this point in the season.
