Higgins erupted for 6 rec, 148 yards, TD after first-half shutout in shotgun shift.

Higgins was the biggest beneficiary of the Bengals' second-half offensive adjustment to shotgun-heavy play-calling. After being shut out in the first half, Higgins exploded for 6 receptions, 148 receiving yards, and a touchdown in the second half that gave Cincinnati their first lead of the game. The source attributes this production surge directly to Joe Burrow's ability to operate almost exclusively from shotgun during the second half, which generated five straight touchdown drives.
