Cooper led WR snaps last week but saw only three targets.

With Smith, Wicks, and Covey all out, Cooper is one of only four healthy wide receivers on the Eagles roster. Against the Cowboys last week, Cooper played the most snaps of any Eagles receiver but only saw three targets despite his snap volume, suggesting limited target share despite opportunity.
