Harbaugh's bellcow pursuit and Giants' backfield weakness make Taylor a priority target.

Giants head coach John Harbaugh has coveted a 'bellcow' running back and Taylor fits that archetype. The Giants lack an explosive option out of the backfield, and Taylor addresses that gap. Harbaugh's aggressive pursuit of talent (evidenced by personal calls to Titans ownership for Jeffrey Simmons) suggests serious intent to acquire Taylor if available.
