Last week, as Sean Payton talked about having Jonah Coleman on a snap count in his return, Coleman led the backfield in snaps (50%), rushing attempts (nine, 34.6%), and was second in route share (21.9%), running one less route than RJ Harvey. Coleman finished with 11 touches and 69 total yards. Coleman is a low-end flex this week because his role is still in flux and the matchup is horrible.

Coleman low-end flex; role in flux and KC's elite run defense limits upside.

Last week, Sean Payton had Coleman on a snap count in his return, but Coleman led the backfield in snaps (50%), rushing attempts (nine, 34.6%), and was second in route share (21.9%), running one less route than RJ Harvey. Coleman finished with 11 touches and 69 total yards. This season, with 19 carries, he has a 23.5% explosive run rate and 52.6% success rate, but his 1.69 yards after contact per attempt and 11% missed tackle rate aren't impressive. Coleman is a low-end flex this week because his role is still in flux and the matchup is horrible. Over their last five games, Kansas City has allowed the eighth-lowest explosive run rate, seventh-lowest rushing success rate, and fourth-lowest missed tackle rate.
