Judkins benched on third down; Sampson handling passing work in tough matchup

Quinshon Judkins barely played more than Dylan Sampson last week, and he was on the field for just one third down. Sampson is handling the passing-down work, and with Cleveland's offensive line dealing with injuries, those protection snaps could matter even more. Tytus Howard is questionable with a concussion after missing practice all week. Pittsburgh has allowed only 2.43 yards per RB carry over its last three games, so Judkins is the source's RB24 and a low-end RB2 in a tough spot.
