From the episode

He is a look-ahead play, right? If you're looking at weeks 9 and 10, he's definitely worth stashing. Though I wouldn't be excited to play him against the Patriots this week.

Willis is a stash-worthy look-ahead play for weeks 9-10.

Willis is a look-ahead play worth stashing for weeks 9 and 10 when he faces the Lions and Colts; however, not a recommended start this week against the Patriots.
