McKee lost out to Andy Dalton in the QB2 battle for a reason. There is enough tape in the three games to demonstrate McKee isn't good enough to be a starting quarterback in the league. Even with the offensive line decimated by injuries, McKee is slow in his progressions and has no mobility to get out of trouble. Against the Commanders, McKee finished 23-of-34 for 212 yards with 0 TD, 1 INT, a 72.2 passer rating, and a lost fumble. Since his first start in Week 6, McKee has completed 63.2% of his passes for 638 yards with 2 TD, 2 INT, and a 76.6 passer rating. McKee is 31st out of 32 quarterbacks in yards per attempt (5.6) and 26th in passer rating. The Eagles offense with McKee is 32nd in yards per play (4.2), 31st in yards per attempt (5.6), and 29th in offensive points per game (15.0). McKee isn't the answer as a starting quarterback and may not even be a QB2 at this rate.
