Jets' playoff drought and poor performance limit Wilson's winning environment.

After the Jets' 38-33 loss to the Raiders at home, Wilson acknowledged the team's poor performance and fan engagement crisis, stating the Jets need to 'operate better' and 'give our fans a reason to come out.' The Jets are headed toward a 16th straight season without a playoff appearance, creating a context of sustained organizational dysfunction that affects the entire roster's ability to perform and attract fan support.
