Goff stayed composed against elite Vikings defense, found rhythm in second half.

Despite an unimpressive final statline and a rough first half with four sacks, Goff commanded the offense to a relatively successful day; he stayed calm and disciplined against a harrowing Vikings defense, avoided negative plays, and found open receivers in the second half (7-of-9 for 66 yards, 1 TD), even throwing his body around in the run game. The source was impressed by his ability to keep his head despite the tough start.
