Watkins played just 13 snaps early season; Hodge's 30 snaps show depth gap.

Watkins' early-season snap count was minimal; when healthy, he had played only 13 snaps over the same three-week period in which Hodge accumulated 30 snaps and ranked fourth in total snaps, illustrating Watkins' limited role in the 49ers offense.
