Burks is early in his NFL career with enough athletic ability to develop into a useful depth receiver. The 2026 seventh-round pick remains under contract through 2029, giving Indianapolis several seasons to determine his contribution offensively and on special teams. Goncalves doesn't project him as a future starter at this stage, but becoming a dependable fourth or fifth receiver who can contribute on coverage and return units would be a reasonable outcome.
