Jacobs available off waivers; part of deep RB room on contender.

Jorge picked up Josh Jacobs off waivers for free and lists him as part of a deep running back room (Gibbs, Jacobs, Stevenson, Scadabo, B. Allen, Charbonnet, Coram) on a 5-1 team in 12-man PPR, indicating Jacobs is available depth in a league where RB is plentiful.
