Aiyuk sidelined since Week 7 ACL/MCL/meniscus tear; needs reinstatement.

Aiyuk has not played since tearing his ACL, MCL and meniscus in Week 7 of the 2024 season. He is currently on the San Francisco 49ers' reserve/left squad list after stopping his required rehab sessions and check-ins with the team, and will need to apply for reinstatement to change his status before he can suit up again.
