Yahoo Sports NFL on Jacoby Brissett

Brissett benched but could interest Ravens as playoff-push QB option post-Jackson injury.

Brissett was benched for Gardner Minshew and Day Two rookie Carson Beck is waiting for his turn. He ranks 24th in EPA per play and 21st in completion percent over expected, a profile most teams don't care to trade for. However, the Ravens are in a unique spot at 4-4, only two games back from the Steelers in the AFC North, and down to their third-string quarterback after Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley suffered long-term injuries in Week 8; Brissett is likely the best option available and shouldn't cost much.
