Raiders should consider trading Cousins to get Mendoza reps.

The source suggests the Raiders should be quietly gauging the market on Cousins and others without long-term value, implying he may be tradable despite already having 19 touchdown passes this season; the team should consider getting Fernando Mendoza valuable reps before season's end.
