In Week 8 coming out of a bye, Hampton played only 29.5% of the Chargers' snaps with 9-20-0 rushing and 2-7-0 receiving. The Chargers did not initiate an offensive sea change during their Week 8 bye, and the second-year RB is no longer a must-hold despite the steep draft price paid by investors.
