This is two weeks in a row for Willis on this list, and with him hitting 20+ fantasy points in two of three weeks, it's warranted. He's thrown for at least 208 yards and 2 scores in each of the past two weeks, and even added a rushing TD in Week 8. The Lions remain the top team in fantasy points allowed to QBs, with 297.7 passing yards allowed on average.

Willis repeats on streamer list after 20+ points in two of three weeks.

Willis appears on the Week 9 streamer list for the second consecutive week, having scored 20+ fantasy points in two of three recent weeks with at least 208 passing yards and 2 TDs in each of the past two weeks, plus a rushing TD in Week 8. The Lions allow 297.7 passing yards per game to QBs (top in fantasy points allowed), and Josh Allen's Week 2 performance against them (69 rushing yards, 2 TDs) suggests a mobile QB can exploit their defense. Willis will need to keep pace as the Lions figure to score in bunches.
