King unavailable for specialty plays; luxury roster spot.

Haynes King has not been made available for Taysom Hill-style plays, raising questions about his performance in practice; the source notes that giving him a jersey on game day as the 3rd QB is a luxury Carolina cannot afford due to injuries requiring extra offensive linemen and defensive backs to be suited up from the practice squad.
