From the article

Breece Hall has been pretty clearly replaced as the starter as far as I'm concerned. I think there's still value in keeping him around as the primary pass-catching back and change-of-pace option.

Hall replaced as starter; relegated to pass-catching role in committee.

Breece Hall has been pretty clearly replaced as the starter by Braelon Allen. The source suggests there's still value in keeping Hall around as the primary pass-catching back and change-of-pace option, potentially in a 70-30 split favoring Allen, but Allen is viewed as the more talented back going forward.
