Levis showed strong leadership, academics, and character in college; minimal red flags.

Levis demonstrated strong leadership and character in college; called a 'great leader' who made players around him better, impressed Kentucky staff by learning their system quickly to snatch the starting job, and was voted team captain for both seasons with the Wildcats. He also excelled academically, graduating from Penn State and earning a master's degree from Kentucky, with two-time all-academic Big Ten selections and two-time SEC academic honor roll memberships. Character concerns are minimal, limited to strange eating habits and a hacking scandal involving a viral sex tape that doesn't appear to have been his fault.
