Irving's 170-yard, 1-TD performance keeps him as top-10 RB despite weather advantage fading.

Irving delivered a career-high 170 yards and a touchdown in just three quarters of work during Tampa Bay's dominant 324-yard rushing performance against Atlanta; despite the Buccaneers unlikely to face monsoon conditions again this week, Irving remains a top-10 running back for fantasy managers in Week 9.
