Behind the Steel Curtain on Rico Dowdle

Dowdle's 56 yards and TD mark his best Steelers game; emerging as half of elite RB duo.

Dowdle had his best game as a Steeler with 56 rushing yards and the game's first touchdown in Week 8. His emergence over the last few weeks, paired with Jaylen Warren's breakout season, has established the Steelers' true two-headed monster in the backfield. Both backs scored and controlled the pace of the game in the 27-6 win over Cleveland, establishing the Steelers' offensive identity as a run-first attack.
