Yahoo Sports NFL on TreVeyon Henderson

Henderson ranks 40th in EPA per carry; inconsistent on downhill runs.

Henderson hasn't been consistent on a snap-to-snap basis when it comes to keeping the Patriots offense on schedule with his downhill runs. Among 46 qualifying backs, he ranks 40th in EPA per carry between the tackles this season per Next Gen Stats. While schemed touches for him have the potential to yield explosive plays, the source wouldn't completely put him on ice but expects Corey Kiner to receive more snaps in the healthy backfield rotation.
