The idea that Jalen Hurts was holding this offense back, and that everything would look dramatically different with a quarterback who preferred playing under center and throwing over the middle, should be finished by now. Tanner McKee hasn't transformed anything.

Hurts wasn't the problem; McKee hasn't transformed offense, revealing systemic issues.

The source argues that the idea Jalen Hurts was holding back the Eagles offense should be finished by now. With Tanner McKee starting in recent games, the source observes that the offense remains the same with the same limitations and very little downfield passing game, indicating that changing the quarterback was never going to solve the Eagles' offensive problems. The source notes that Hurts wasn't playing perfectly, but the real issues are systemic.
