Spears on expiring deal; trade candidate with Pollard excelling.

Spears is on an expiring contract and is a trade candidate as the Titans evaluate their running back room. He's an athletic dual-threat back especially productive on passing downs, but Tony Pollard has been exceptional in recent weeks, making Spears expendable for offenses seeking a third-down playmaker.
