Source suggests Fields in short-yardage to unlock RB upside.

The source proposes using backup quarterback Justin Fields in third-and-1 and fourth-and-1 plays as a solution to the Chiefs' short-yardage problems. The source believes defenses accounting for Fields would likely pay bigger dividends for running backs Kenneth Walker and Emmett Johnson in crucial situations.
