Hockenson scoring against double-coverage shows role as secondary option when Jefferson draws attention.

Hockenson made plays against double-team coverage looks designed for Justin Jefferson in Week 8, including a short touchdown pass late in the game that O'Connell highlighted as the kind of response needed from the offense; the source notes he had a chance to score on one of the double-coverage looks but the play resulted in an incompletion, indicating he remains a key target option when Jefferson draws defensive attention.
