Brissett traded to Ravens as veteran backup with Jackson and Huntley injured.

Brissett was traded from the Cardinals to the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday after being benched; the Ravens' starting QB Lamar Jackson and backup Tyler Huntley are both on IR, leaving the Ravens with undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano and UFL quarterback Austin Reed; Brissett is a seasoned veteran with a low salary who should serve as a rental for Baltimore for the remainder of the season; the trade is pending finalization this weekend.
