From the episode

The only worry is Deshaun Watson. Like, he was so bad week one. He was a lot better week two. But Tampa might have the worst defense in the league.

Watson inconsistent; only marginally better than backup QBs

Watson was poor in Week 1 and only marginally better in Week 2; while he improved against Tampa's weak defense, he is not significantly better than backup quarterbacks like Cooper Rush, making him a risky play in Week 3 against the Panthers.
