Brooks opens 21-day window; roster crunch at RB may delay activation.

Running back Chris Brooks opened his 21-day practice window on Wednesday as the third of eight allotted injured reserve return designations the Packers can make this season, with expectation he'll be activated around the team's Week 11 bye week; he was a limited participant with an ankle injury. The Packers' active roster is currently full, so corresponding moves would need to be made to open up a vacancy, and at minimum the team can't allocate five roster spots to the running back position upon Brooks' activation given the current depth chart of Josh Jacobs, MarShawn Lloyd, Pierre Strong Jr., and Kaleb Johnson.
