As much as everyone keeps waiting for this Houston Texans to look like, well, the Houston Texans defense — only the Titans have allowed more PPR points per game to wide receivers this season! While we shouldn't expect McConkey to haul in a 54-yard Hail Mary every week, the third-year receiver has essentially been the only source of light in this offense all season long, and is still averaging a beefy 10.1 yards per target even if you remove that aforementioned Hail Mary. I'm not dying to get ANY Chargers in my fantasy lineup — but I can stomach McConkey the most.

McConkey faces Houston, where only the Titans have allowed more PPR points per game to wide receivers this season. While a 54-yard Hail Mary shouldn't be expected weekly, McConkey has been the only source of light in the Chargers offense all season and is averaging a beefy 10.1 yards per target even after removing that Hail Mary. He's the most palatable Chargers option to roster despite general hesitation about the offense.
