Credit to Vele for averaging 12.3 PPR points per game this season — 28th at the position and more than guys like Emeka Egbuka, Rashee Rice and Carnell Tate; just realize we haven't seen the 28-year-old (!) third-year receiver reach even 70 yards in a game. He's a decent floor play against a Browns defense that has been better against the pass (9th in EPA allowed per dropback) than run (28th).
