Rams safety Quentin Lake characterized Herbert's performance in the Week 3 loss as 'throwing deli meat,' noting Herbert was 'seeing ghosts' with poor decision-making; Lake's interception came on an out route he read easily midway through the first quarter, and Herbert's second pick came on a throw into heavy traffic late in the third quarter that Cornerback Trent McDuffie intercepted and returned 26 yards for a touchdown setup.
