NeutralRole

Allgeier's potential every-down role is offset by Seattle's tough run defense.

With Jeremiyah Love (ankle) out and Bam Knight (concussion) questionable for Week 8, Allgeier could have an every-down workload in Week 9. However, he faces a much tougher opponent than the Cowboys, whom he thrashed for 36.1 points. The Seahawks are the 8th-hardest RB matchup (-2.3 PPG) and rank No. 2 in rush-success rate (36%) per SumerSports. Allgeier projects for 13.1 points with a 21.2 Xfinity Best ceiling. If Knight is active, he falls to high-end RB3 status.
