Yahoo Sports NFL on Jaylen Warren

Warren emerged as elite RB in Steelers' rushing-focused system; first in rushing EPA.

Has flat-out been one of the best running backs in the NFL since Week 5; Pittsburgh has leaned into a bully ball mentality with jumbo personnel (six offensive linemen) on 11.5% of their plays (third-highest rate in the league), slowed down their pace, reduced pass rates, and gotten under center more often. Pittsburgh ranks first in rushing EPA in this span, and the source enjoys watching this offense much more now than early in the season.
